Traveling & Ambition

Traveling and being ambitious are synonymous. To be blandly cliche; traveling expands ones horizons. This isn’t something that we should let pass from one ear through the next. This is one of those notions that retain great significance.

To be blandly cliche; traveling expands ones horizons.

I have never heard someone tell me that they regretted traveling to some third world country and experiencing new foods. I’ve never been told that traveling to an exotic location hindered someone’s creativity and stunted their personal growth. It’s difficult to find something wrong with traveling. First evening in Panama.

EVERYTHING. Traveling makes you think differently. experiencing different cultures makes you see what makes others happy. It forces you to step out of your comfort zone and embrace another’s appreciation for life. This in return is a gift of awareness. You can’t possibly know what your ambitious soul would be acquainted with in a foreign land without going there. Insight in different ways to do various things can impact your growth tremendously. Observing the work ethic of a Cuban who runs a business where the government takes away the majority of his income can be inspiring. Watching a Panamanian climb a 60ft palm tree to harvest coconuts with nothing but a rope can change your whole perspective on the importance of coconuts to an economy.

Traveling can make you a better person,

in addition to inspiring you to go back to your natural habitat with your new found consciousness to do something great. You don’t have to believe me. You don’t have to do anything from what you read in an internet article. However, if you always wondered about traveling and couldn’t make up your mind, I have just one thing to ask you. What are you waiting for?
